We’re so excited you want to become a Nassau Candy customer!  Our chatbot will help you throughout the process.

Here are a few things you need to know before you get started: 

• A resale certificate OR Employer Identification Number (EIN) Paperwork is required if you’re located in NY, CT, NJ, PA, CA, FL, MI, or TX.

• Important: you MUST create a password so we can activate your account. At the end of the chat, you will be redirected to the page to create your password.

• Check your email. After creating a password, you will receive an email from us where you will confirm your email address (double check your junk mail). Open it and click the button, “confirm your email.” If in 24 hours you have not received, contact our customer service 516-433-7100 Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
